Can we choose to display reference fields using Personalize List Columns gear icon on a list view?

Hello Community,

I am wondering if there is really an option in Service Now to choose and display fields from a reference table using Personalize List Layout gear icon on a list view (not using configure->list layout)?   See example below.

Example: Can I pick 'user email' field on User table using Personalize List Layout slush bucket (Gear on the list lay out, not configure->list layout) on Change Request list view if the User table is a referenced field on Change Request table?

Nope, the user can't "dotwalk" when configure(Personalize) their list layout. Probably because you never know what they do... P

As far as I know you cannot do that. Personalize list columns only gives you the fields on that table to be added on to the list

Not an option currently, annoyingly enough. Everyone go upvote this idea so ServiceNow see it's important! 🙂
