Hello all,
I'm trying to select an specific Portfolio in the Portfolio Planning Workbench but for some reason the button to select it is greyed out. I have to use 'All portfolios' since I can't change it.
I have several portfolios and even when I click in the 'Portfolio Planning' link from one of them, I still have the same problem.
Do you know where the problem is?
Thank you!

Hi @Nicol_s2 ,
Hope you are doing well.
This feature was provided in the Quebec release.
This happens when the portfolio is configured for 'All portfolio' setting. This is a system setting.
Please check the settings.
I have mentioned steps by step to explain the settings so it will be easy for you to check in the system.
-----
Select the Configure Planning from the Portfolios option present under the navigation panel.
By default, the planning scope is set to Single-Selected Portfolios. With this setting as a portfolio manager you are able to select the portfolios as you were expecting.
But if the Planning scope is changed to ‘All Portfolios’ then you will get the information across all the portfolios and this means that as a portfolio manager you are not doing portfolio by portfolio planning but you are planning at the organization level across all the portfolios.
As a result of above setting, portfolio manager will now get ‘All Portfolios’. This is what you are also getting in your instance.
-----
Hope this answers your question. If it does, please mark it as correct answer to help others in their search.
Thank You !!

That was it! Thank you.
Do I have the option to have both settings available at the same time? Or do I have to switch back in case I want to start planning for all portfolios?
Thanks,
Nicolás

Hi @Nicol_s2 ,
Glad that the response helped.
You can only have one setting at a time.
Have a Wonderful Day!
