The typical complaint we hear about MS Project in the Enterprise is the complexity of the multiple components needed to get it to work. And, of course, it has no integration or insight into non-project work like we do by having ITSM in the same platform. I recommend using the Forrester Wave report on Strategic Portfolio Management. Most companies want to align IT better with the business and drive transformation and SPM is critical to that according to Forrester. In that report we are a leader and Microsoft does not fare so well.

Yes, I had seen it .. what happens is that the comparison does not seem too positive for ServiceNow, and precisely what I want is to position it in front of MS Project 😉

Because indeed here ServiceNow appears as leader in the quadrant, and in addition the points included in the report are especially important when evaluating the strengths and weaknesses in front of others ITBM vendors.
