I need a way to mark Demands as Completed without marking them as Approved first. My organization has several demands that for a variety of reasons (loss of funding, regulatory changes, no longer strategically aligned, business need no longer exists) will need to be closed, but that we don't want to mark as Approved because they were never fully approved. At this time, I have moved them to deferred, but I don't see an option to list them as withdrawn/cancelled.
Is there an out of the box option that I am missing or have others created workarounds for a similar issue?
