Configuring Resource Management Workspace

Hi,

 

1. I have installed Resource Management Workspace.
2. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-business-management/page/product/resource-managem... - Followed the Steps mentioned in this document
3. When I create Resource Card, Users and their cards are not displayed as shown in the video in the document.

4. Also, I do not see "Filter by" field when creating resource card in DEV but I can see in PROD.

I would need a help or support on this.

If you've already downloaded the plug in: [sn_rm_ws]

Put "true" property: [sn_pw.enable_resource_planning]

And create & complete any of the "primary atributes" on employee profile form (as the attachment)

You should be able to see them on Resource Cards

Dear Vaishnavi,

 

After resource group and resource roles are set up , please run the OOB scheduled job called 'Populate primary attributes for all resources' this will update primary attributes for all resources and then you Resource card on the resource management will show you the records

if you have not set up employee profile , please navigate to Employee profile >Employee definition and select table as user and save , then you will see Generate employee profile UI action click that.

 

And to be able to see "Filter by"  you must install the Resource management workspace plugin with latest version 4.0.1
