I am seeking a way to consolidate from multiple project and program status reports into a consolidated report at the Portfolio

Please refer this link (in case you are on SPM Professional) or this link (for SPM Standard) to explore the execution dashboard. 

Every organization has its own reports and the best part is that you can configure this dashboard . This means you can configure to add your own reports as well.
