We recently switched from resource plans to resource assignments. When we were using plans our PMs could easily duplicate a resource plan and modify it saving time (Related Links - Copy Plan). Now that we are using assignments we do not see the ability to copy/duplicate an assignment. Is it there and we are just not seeing it OR is it something that SN is working on adding?

Hello @StephenPMO ,
At the moment, this functionality isn’t available with the new Resource Assignments. Unlike Resource Plans, there’s currently no “Copy/Duplicate Assignment” option in the UI and no equivalent to the old Copy Plan related link.
I believe this is a limitation of the new model rather than something missing from your instance. As of now, ServiceNow hasn’t provided a built-in way to duplicate assignments the same way resource plans could be copied.
If this is important for your workflow, you may want to raise an Idea in the Now Community / HI so Product Management can consider adding it in a future release.
