Creation of Rate Model for Resource Assignments

Hi Team, We are in the process for implementing new Resource Assignments for a customer and want to create a new rate model based on custom attributes (Country, Job Level). Tried to do this on the PDI but the planned cost gets defaulted to $50 rate. It is not taking into the consideration the defined attributes.

What we have tried is to create a resource assignment with exact mapping to the rate line with no empty attributes. (Resource Name, Start Date, End Date, Country, Job Level). Still cost default to $50.

Any help on this topic will be beneficial.

While creating time card make sure correct resource plan is selected.
