Can anyone tell me the best practices when it comes to setting up custom schedules? For example, we have 4 people in my team who work different hours compared to the standard schedule, and I just want to ensure I set them up appropriately in-line with resource plans/allocations etc. In one specific example, they work compressed hours and work 37.5hrs across 4 working days, but the working days are Monday-Weds and Friday (they don't work Thursdays). How would I typically set this up in schedules and assign it to them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
