Hi,

I was going through the documentation of Demand Management, just wondering can we get this dashboard in the instance ?

We recently upgraded to Orlando version and customer already has PPM - Standard plugin installed

That is actually a configurable dashboard. This thread should help.

So this is a customized dashboard. Did those reports already available or we need to create our own ?

A couple exist, but some need to be created.  The Idea and Demand tabs are VTBs for example.  The link above has examples which help create these
