Demand Process flow

Hi,

Could you explain me how Servicenow do to swich between "Complete" and "Deffered" in the process flow ?

Hi,

That is handled by a business rule called "dmn_demand_ProcessFlowList"

Look at the answer from the user asking the question.

From their view, it is not the same answer.

Which one provided an answer without extra effort on the users' end (not leaving the SN community.) See the difference yet?

How i can do if i don't need to see "Rejected" on the Demand process flow item ?
