I have two questions.
1. Does Test Management 2.0 require any extra licensing or subscriptions to use?
2. What is the difference between releases under Agile 2.0 and releases under the core platform? (see screenshot for context)
Hi,
Agile Releases are just that the Release is part of an agile cycle. Releases contain user stories, sometimes from multiple products or projects, that form the release backlog, and a product owner creates the releases.
The other Release you see is part of the ITSM, and its deals with software and hardware management of release cycling, not Agile. It is a stand-alone product and can be used with Agile and ITBM.

Test management 2.0 falls under the Agile Development suite of applications.
Currently, that is included in the ITBM Professional package. However, I recommend asking your account rep to verify if you are entitled to use it.
