I saw in the Zurich release notes for SPM that the legacy resource reporting tools are being deprecated. Can users still run reports on the resource aggregates tables? Or can users still export that data to external tools for reporting? If not, what tables hold the data that resourcing data is based on?

Hi @Louis Savalli,
The data in the resource_aggregate_monthly and resource_aggregate_weekly tables are generated; there is no plan to stop it at the moment.

They will no longer be installed, but still supported. I'd suggest to create favorites of them, so you will still have access (the docs say they are going to hide them but not if that will also be for existing clients that upgrade).
Did you check out the interactive Overview Dashboard in the RM workspace on the Zurich release? If you are still missing important information and it's not just a different way of working, reach out to NowSupport to ask them about this. Zurich is still in EA, so things could change before GA. Let them explain how you can get the information you are missing on Zurich or ensure that it remains there.

Thanks, the reporting on the RMW is helpful, but the experience you get with a dashboard and filters can be pretty valuable, and I've built lots of dashboards on the resource aggregate data. So I was wondering if that data will still be maintained or if will be considered bad to report on that after Zurich.

@Luis Ataide , do you know if the deprecation of resource reporting tools means users should not report on the resource_aggregate tables anymore? Many SPM users pull that data out and do their own reporting on it. Can they continue to do this after Zurich?
