Display value of Sum of Opex & Capex in Field

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to display the value of total sum of actual capital / actual operating in Project Table ?

There is already a calculation on cost plan table when the cost type contains "opex" or "capex"

My concern is how can I display this value in a field on Project that will called Actual Operating and Actual Capital.

Right now cost plan table is on a related list of project.

Hi @Jeck Manalo ,

There is an OOTB attribute named "Actual Cost" available on the project record within Financial tab which can be leveraged for your use case.

By Default, this field OOTB will get automatically calculated based on below 2 factors:

1. When time cards are filled by user against the Project or Project Tasks the actuals get rolled up to corresponding resource plan/cost plan which rolls up actual cost of project.

2. Also If you create expense lines (which going to be manual) against cost plan and process them the actuals get rolled up.

Please refer to below documentation for more details:

Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
