Editing a closed Decision

Is there anyway to edit a closed Decision in RIDAC? One of my Project Managers wants to add a bit more info but the state is Closed Complete and we cannot find a way to reopen and edit as everything is greyed out.

Hi Steve,

A new ACL would need to be introduced to grant access to write to a decision. OOTB, decisions can only be amended when in the Pending, Open, or Work In Progress states.

 

Care would need to be taken on how a change post decision closure impacts the work end time, and total time work fields
