Error using Planning Console in projects

Hello,

 

We have a user who has had a sudden issue when trying to add new project tasks and then saving them when using the Planning Console. They are getting the error - 'Unexpected error encountered. Contact System Administrator.

As a workaround, they can create and save new projects away from the planning console so I don't think that it is a permissions issue.  The user is using Chrome and we have ensured that the browser is up to date. The same error comes up when we use Microsoft Edge. The strange thing is that I don't get the error when I impersonate the user.  We are using the Utah release.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Did you check system logs to find what causing the issue.

Also can you please share user roles and steps to reproduce the issue?

@Anil Lande I could not find anything obvious while checking the system logs. The user has the same roles as other project managers.
