Projects in a Portfolio are not showing up in the Portfolio plan in Strategic Planning Workspace

Why some of the projects in my Clinical Portfolio are not showing up in the Portfolio plan in Strategic Planning Workspace? What are the criteria or the filter for showing the projects in SPW Portfolio plan?

We have the SPM Pro.

Hi @Sam141 ,

Items shown on the portfolio are based on the dates and the criteria used while creating this portfolio.

In your case, check the criteria used to create the Clinical Portfolio  in strategic planning workspace.

Check the filter used for selected entity.

2) Check if there is any filter condition

3) and then also check for the dates used in the portfolio creation.

4) You can also check the filter present on the UI as shown below.
