We are implementing Idea and Demand for SPM. One of the items listed as a requirement is to have the ability to export the prioritization information from the Portfolio Planning Workspace.
I found an article for Exporting Data of Portfolio Plan items from Prioritization to Excel for Washington, but it looks like this applies to Strategic Planning (Pro License) and not Portfolio Planning (Non-Pro License).
Is there something I'm missing or is the functionality to Export the Prioritization information not an option for SPM Standard License Users?
Thank you.

Hi @Linda_G ,
I have created a video to explain the steps and here is the link for easy reference.
Hope this answers the question and if t does, please mark the answer as correct.
FYI:
The instance I have shown this functionality is Washington DC.
Below is the plugin details on this instance.
Happy SPM Learning & Enjoy the weekend !!
Thank You!

Hi @Linda_G ,
You are correct. In Vancouver release, portfolio planning workspace has two options - Personalize and Help.
Export is not available in Vancouver release.
This functionality was introduced in Portfolio planning workspace version 8.0.0.
I believe the highest supported version with Vancouver release is Portfolio planning workspace version 7.1.2 (screenshot below).
Hope this answers the question and if t does, please mark the answer as correct to help me and others in the community.
I have also added the Portfolio Planning Workspace release notes to provide a good understanding of version-wise features.
Have a good weekend !!
Thank You!

@Namita Mishra thank you so much. The video is extremely helpful. Should this functionality be available in Vancouver as well? I just upgraded my PDI to Washington and I see the export button, but in my current Vancouver Environment, I do not have the download button you show in the video. I only have two buttons.
