We are using the standard Portfolio - Program - Demand / Project hierarchy in SPM.
I know we can capture financial baselines at a project / demand level.
However, we have the concept of stage gates for our programs, and we need to be able to track financial baselines at a program level.
Just wanted to understand if that is possible and if so, how would we configure it?
