Generating resource_aggregate_daily

Hello, is there anyone here who can help me with generating resource_aggregate_daily?

that provides information on resource aggregates, but it's not clear enough on how to make ServiceNow generate resource aggregate dailies. Are there any clear steps to follow?

i'm in Resource Management Properties and i can't where i can set 

com.snc.resource_management.generate_daily_aggregates = true 

anyone have an idea ?
