Hourly rate when no Resource Plan in place

If no resource plan is in place when I book time against that project, what is my hourly rate derived from?

Hello,

The default rate if there is not a labor rate card is set by a system property. (sys_properties.list) 

OOTB it is set to 50 but you can set it to whatever you like.

To get there you need to type sys_properties.lisr in the navigation search bar. In the list view search for - com.snc.time_card.default_rate. In the value section, set the rate.

Hi Justing,

If no Resource plan is place then the hourly rate is derived from the corresponding resource plan cost is derived from labor rate card.

If no labour rate is defined, ServiceNow uses the default labour rate of $50/hour to calculate the cost, click on the link below for further information:
