Hours (Planned vs Actual) Widget doesn't show hours for M01 and M02 2024

Hey everyone,

i have a problem with a widget (Planned vs Actual Hours) in the planning console or projects.

Since we have actual and allocated hours, the actual hours for M01 and M02 2024 are 0.

How can I show the actual hours in the widget? And why is it showing 0. Can someone help me?

Thank you and best regards

Please see the screenshots: Widget and Timecard hours in Resourceplan actual hours

Can you check on the jobs that are collecting the data for these indicators? Did they run during these months? How are they configured? Do they only collect daily and therefor didn't get those, because there was an issue at that moment? Are there any warnings or errors in that period?

If possible: does the same show on a non production instance? If so, can you run a historical job, collecting everything, to see if that resolves it?

We don't have access to your data and config, so we can't say for sure what is going on, but it looks like no data was collected.

The data is collected every month once. When the timecards all at once(from another system) are imported in Servicenow and created, the hours are matched to the resource allocation actual hours and from there to resource plan actual hours. For these months, the data was collected (see screenshot with actual hours from the two records). But somehow, in the widget the hours are not shown.

What are the conditions on your report? Is it a normal report, or are you using PA and collector jobs? I think it's PA, which could explain the data not being shown if the job collecting the data only runs once a month and failed in M01 and M02.
