There is a Metric called Assignment Group that tracks assignment group changes. You can report off of the incident_metric table, with conditions Definition is Assignment Group


thanks Michael but I dont see this metric


There is 10 or 11 Metrics that come out of the box. Did some of them get removed?


I am not an Administrator I cannot answer your question, can you put an screenshot of where are you checking this?
