How can i create organizational structure in servicenow?

In User Administration i had seen like this "Manage users and map your organizational structure". I'm able to create users, but how to map a structure like the picture attached here?
I am new to service now platform

Thanks for your reply , I added the manager field and represented the required structure. But how to call particular field for approval, can u give some example links ?

There is an Approval action in workflow.   Use the approval - user block and make the user's manager the approver.
