How can Project Name and Project Description be visible to every user in the Time Sheet Portal?

Hi SNow Experts,

Is there a way to make Project Name and Description visible on the Time Card Form View, just like in the screenshot, for every user that puts their time in via Time Sheet Portal? Please advise; thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to community.

Time card users have the project name and project ID on all the cards. These cards are shown on the left side of the timesheet portal as shown in below screenshot.

In below screenshot: 

Task Name: Planning

Task ID: PRJTASK0017061

Project Name: Enhance Community Portal

 

In production, it is unlikely to have same name for  more than one projects.

Trying to understand the business need of this ask.
