No, you can't have multiple groups on a single sprint that way it is set up out-of-the-box.
Templates are a standard part of the platform. You can read about them in the documentation. It is even possible to chain templates together so that you get a whole bunch of tasks created in a single go. It is a bit finicky and hasn't had much attention from the ServiceNow developers for a long time.
