How can we import a project’s WBS from Excel into SPM?

Hi everyone,

Adding project tasks one by one takes a lot of time for our users.

We do have templates, but we want to bring a project in from Excel to SPM.

How can we import a project task list (WBS) from Excel into SPM?

Please share the steps. Thank you!

Hi @Keisuke Nagata ,

As it deals with the tables data, you should give the import access to only required user and task should be performed by migration team that way data is validated and secured in the system.

If you want user's should have the access then check the import set and transform maps role
(like import_admin, import_set_loader)access and assign those roles to those users and they will be able to load the data in sevicenow.
