How demand score is calculated

Hi there!

I'm confused about how score is calculated in demands.

score = ((10-risk)+(10-size)+value)/3 is what I expect that happen but...it's not what happened in my PDI:

T-shirt size Medium is equal to 4 so...
((10-4.36)+(10-4)+2.67)/3)=4.77

and servicenow calculates 4.99. 

What is wrong? is t-shirt size the value used in the calculation or there is another size value?
