How do I make the incident number appear in the top left corner of the form?

The top left corner of the incident form displays the incident number. I would like to emulate this on a custom-built "CLM" table. How would I achieve this?

This is what the top left corner of the incident form looks like:

You just have to make the Number field for your table the "Display" field.   If you go to the dictionary record for the number field you can just check the "Display" box if your table isn't extended from another table.   If it is extended from another table you may have to do a dictionary override for the display value.

Thanks Stephen! Checking that "Display" box in the dictionary record fixed our issue.

I am having the same issue here. I need to get the Incident number to display on the upper left corner as shown above as well but Is not understanding how to do so. When I click on 'display' on the number in the dictionary, it's only displaying the Number on the incident.. I want it to display on the upper left corner as shown on screen shot above... Please explain.

Thanks!
