 What licenses and plugins are required to fully utilize Investment Planning in ServiceNow?
 Are there any dependencies on PPM/SPM or ITBM we should be aware of?

Hi @maliksneha9 !

There are some resources available to partners that indicate Investment Funding is included in the SPM Professional package.
Therefore, you need SPM Professional subscription to use Investment Funding.

I suggest you contact ServiceNow to confirm if this is the case for you. Licensing is a matter on which ServiceNow will always have the final say.
