How to assign/unassign/reassign resources in the Resource Management workspace?

Hi

 

I was going through the new features of the Resource Management Workspace in the Next Experience and saw that it has a feature to reassign/unassign tasks. But I am not able to see this feature in my PDI. Do I have to follow some steps to enable this?

 

PS: All SPM related plugins are up to date.

Hi @RidamS ,

Please check the resource management workspace version on your PDI.

I believe the above functionality was provided as part of version 3.0.0.

 

If you are on the lower version, you can update the plugin version to get this functionality.

You  can get the compatibity and other feature information of this version from ServiceNow store.
