Hi All,
We have a catalog form which consists of Parent request and parent ritm during catalog submission. After few seconds based on MRVS multiple child ritm's gets created associated with child requests and sc tasks. This catalog is developed via flow adn we are using submit catalog request action which is oob. Our requirement doesn't fit for order guide.
We have another catalog form which is of order guide and normal catalogs as well.
To cater all these scenarios we want to expose RITM's in csm portal. during catalog submission for the first scenario we should only show parent Ritm with hyperlink and for order guide we need to show list of RITM's with hyperlink.
Up on clicking the ritm hyperlink it should display activity tab and attachments tab in the center and ritm variables at right hand side of widget.
If user search for parent ritm from request header or from global search it should display the parent ritm which should be in read only mode where requestor should not enter any additional comments and attachments but for other child RITM's he should be in a position to add additional comments and attachments.
Kindly guide me in achieving this.
