How to import a CSV file into my Project workspace area

Greetings friends, back again. I am looking to figure out how to transfer a CSV file int my ServiceNow Project workspace area. I am moving to ServiceNow's SPM and don't have access, but want to see what file types can communicate with each other.

Hope you are doing well.

 

Since you do not have access to the system, I have shared the doc links for every point mentioned below.

In ServiceNow, One can

  • Create a project or update an existing project by importing the project data from Microsoft Project.

  • Discover and import all available Jira projects and boards into Agile Development 2.0 to start using the integration between the two applications.

  • Import project tasks for multiple projects from an external file system or data source using import sets and transform maps. If you are using the external file system then the only supported format are CSV or Excel file in .xls or .xlsx formats.  FYI, doc link
