How to view project tasks that are assigned to me?

We are currently evaluating ServiceNow PPM for project delivery to external customers (customer on-boarding).  I have a demo instance that I am using to evaluate PPM.  Our initial usage will be very basic and I have setup projects, templates, project managers, tasks, views, etc and I like what I see so far.

At the moment I'm having difficulty with something I think is pretty basic.  I have a project and I am the project manager.  The overall project itself is "assigned to" me.  Within my WBS, I have a series of tasks that are "assigned to" another individual.  When I login as that other individual, I cannot for the life of me find where or how to show the tasks that are assigned to them.  Ideally, if there were 4 projects that had tasks assigned to me, I could go in and set a filter to show me a list of those 4 projects and I could then drill-down into them to see the work I was expected to do.

Any ideas?

Hi, msledge,

In the Tasks list, there is a column "Assigned to" which if not visible by default, can be added through the "update personalized list" gear.

Hope that helps.

Or if you are wanting to put something in the Application Navigator menu; head to the Application Menus, open the desired Application and create a new entry something like this:

This looks like what I want to do.  I'm on a DEV instance of ServiceNow PPM.  How would I get to that screen?

Application Menus under System Definition. Then it's just a case of identifying which menu you want to locate it.
