HRC - Description

We are using the HR platform and when using the Employee Offboarding it auto populates that description.   Does anyone know how to modify the way it is populating?   I am wanting to make a few changes

Can you please share steps on   how can I get to that module on my instance. Screenshots will be helpful.

Click on "Change employee status".

Click on "Employee offboarding"

You will get the following screen: Fill in the fields for the terminated employee.

That last image is what I want to alter its the notification that is in the workflow

OOTB I do see the form but the fields are empty. I think there must be catalog client script customized on your instance which auto populates the field. If you don't find the one then please search for default value of variable dictionary.

Hit the below URL by replacing with instance name and check script once.

Would you know where I can find {description}?   Where it is pulling it from   I agree it is not on the OOTB but when it creates the HRC it populates it.   I am not seeing a client script on it.
