Idea vs Innovation Management

Hi All,

We currently have the legacy Idea Management application, and we have now upgraded to the Zurich release. There is no data in the Idea table. Do we need to install Innovation Management to use the new Idea Management experience? If so, which plugin or application is required to enable the new Idea Management functionality?
