Indicator field is showing empty on Indicator score table after importing indicator data form excel.

I have imported excel data to indicator score table (apm_app_indicator_score) but still the Indicator field value is showing empty. I have checked import log and it is showing this error "Insert of reference field value for apm_application_profile_indicator - Technical Health failed. Probably cancelled by a business rule on apm_app_indicator_score". There is only one custom business rule on this table, Even we tried to import the data after inactivating that business rule but still same issue we are facing. 

Please provide the solution...

Please use sys_id in your excel sheet for all the reference fields.
