Goal: find via indicator the average # of demands logged in ServiceNow in the last 18 months (from Nov 2024 to April 26).

Issue: results are incorrect

Implementation

I have in Zurich ServiceNow

Demands logged in April

24

 

 

I have created: Demands.Monthly.Created.Indicator.Source

I have then created Demands.Monthly.Automated.Indicator

When I run the on demand collection job below on Demands.Monthly.Automated.Indicator

It returns

Demands logged in April

97

 

Instead of 24. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi @RS7,

 

You're using wrong condition in your indicator source, your requirement says it should be created on last 18 months but you're using this month

also according to your requirement you need to show average number so change the aggregate below to average instead of count.
