They will ask you scenarios on following topics:

1) Import sets : Set coalesce true/false and insert records into table.

                          a) Set coalesce field true for any field & insert record . 

                          b) Set coalesce field true for all fields & insert record .

                          c) Select checkbox of copy empty field insert record .

2) How to create problem from incident form?

3) How to create reports?

4) What are core activities in workflow?

5) How can you change header color of your instance?

6) How to change Related list appearence on form?

7) How to assign role to multiple users?
