Hi,
Does ServiceNow has any out of the box module to manage work in take process?
As an IT org, we receive several minor development / enhancement requests through email. I'm checking if ServiceNow already has any solution to enable users to enter requests, and we track and manage them from backend.
Right now, I take requests through email, create stories through Agile Management and manage it from there.

Hi Prateek,
We use the Agile module. We create stories once we receive the email requests from end users. They dont have any tracking on the status for their requests.
However, I'm checking ServiceNow has any built-in process for enabling end users to raise enhancement requests and give them the way to track it.

You can always create notifications on the Enhancement/Story table whenever there is a state change on the record. Doing so you can let your stakeholders track the status of their ER's

Hi Krishna,
We are building an Ideation module in New York release where your users can submit Ideas and fellow users will be able to vote and collaborate on those ideas. As Idea Manager, you will be able to convert those Ideas into stories or epics.
As of now, you can have your users create Ideas or Demands using Service Catalog and use them for the Intake process.
