Is APM part of SPM (Strategic portfolio management)?
My understanding both are different products, but the description in this official video here says "Provides an overview of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Application Portfolio Management (APM) application."

Hi,
Enterprise Architecture ( formerly APM ) and SPM are two different products.
However, there are few integrated functionalities when both applications active on any instance.
