Idea portal up vote and down vote is not working as expected.

In idea portal (homepage view) users are able to up vote or down vote the ideas, but when user opens an idea and try to upvote or down vote it is not working as expected, please refer to the image.

please help us to identify the issue here.

issue is happening in idea portal.

In idea portal homepage you will see list of ideas, and if you open any of the idea and try to upvote or downvote then it is not working as expected.

Thanks for the prompt response. So when you mention - "try to upvote or downvote then it is not working as expected." - Is it that on upvote the number of votes are not increasing by 1 and on downvote the number of votes are not decreasing by 1 or something else? Please clarify.

Hi Namita.

functionality itself is not working when click on upvote button, if it already voted then it will go increase and same goes with downvote too right.

but it is working in homepage.
