Use case: Resource managers are looking to add an automated step in creating resource plans from historical time cards.
If specific resources have submitted time cards against project requests or other records in ServiceNow, is it possible to generate a resource plan template from historical time cards? Note that this would be different than copying a previous resource plan - the idea is to use time logged from time card entries to create a resource plan with estimated hours of commitment from those time card entries.
