Is there a lessons learned database in service now that can be referenced when planning a new project?

I am looking to create a repository of lessons learned in Service Now that is a collection of all lessons learned across all projects, but can be sorted on various categories. Ideally a lesson learned can be created from Issues and Risks, among other things, and added to the repository. Then this repository can be referenced when starting a new and similar project. Does this exist Or has anyone customized something similar?
thanks!

Hi Susan, not OOTB, however there is of course full knowledge management capabilities on the platform. On our showcase instance we've set up a Lesson's Learnt knowledge base which would enable the PMO to leverage all the advantages of this set of capabilities.

Hello Simon,
I am interested in utilizing Lessons Learned in conjunction with the Project Management module. Can you tell me how to access the showcase instance as featured in your above post?
Thanks,
Emily

Hi Emily, the showcase is a demonstration instance we use internally within the Solution Consulting organisation so the best way would be through your account team who have access to the environments and can help you with advise on the best way to achieve what your looking to do.
