Is there an out of the box read only ITBM role?

is there an ITBM read only role for example to just see demands ?
A stakeholder role ?

The Service Now system includes the capability to easily configure a specific user or group to access certain tables, but only in a read only format. This is done through the special snc_read_only role within the Service Now system.

Hello Felipe,

As Sajilal says that business_stakeholder provide read access for demand as well as there is another role in ppm which provide read only access of ppm suite is sn_ppm_read.

thank you for your answer. But this sn_ppm_read role also contains approver roles. Regarding an license impact which one is better: business_stakeholder or sn_ppm_read?

I would copy the stakeholder role and use that to make a new role, remove any nested roles like the approval role and use that. Create new ACLs that allows for the new role to read demand records.

Or you can remove the roles in question from the sn_ppm_read and /or the business stakeholder role.

You should not get charged for creating a read-only custom role.
