Hi!
Was just wondering if ServiceNow stores the RAG status data of projects and if there is any way to access that and analyse trends over time? When I say RAG I mean when a project status changes from green to red to amber/yellow and so on. This would be useful to visualise how well projects have been running through the course of their lifetime. Thanks a lot!

The best way is to allow creating multiple status reports for a project. Frequency (Weekly, Monthly etc.) can be defined as per the process. Once you start doing so, Status Report (OOTB) captures the trend on it's own which can be found on project console under status report tab.
