Hi Community,
I’m facing an issue where the actual cost of projects is not rolling up to the program level as expected. Despite accurate data entry at the project level, the aggregated cost at the program level does not reflect these updates.
I understand that this roll-up functionality is typically managed by a specific Business Rule. Can anyone confirm which Business Rule handles this process and provide any advice on how to address this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Maryam.

@SUBHAM_SHAW_SN No, I didn’t find a specific solution for this. However, I used the “Recalculate Cost Plan” related link, and it worked for me. Alternatively, you could try using the Project Diagnostics.

@Marium_07 Is this a custom related link that you have created or is it OOB? The reason why I am asking is that it does not show in my instance

This is a known problem and it is being documented across PRB1885649. If you apply the attached XML, this will fix this issue but make sure you have tested it throughly in lower instances before applying it to PROD. This is provided by ServiceNow HI Support.
