I have started learning SPM but facing issue while implementing it on the PDI instance with dummy stories.
i have gone through course on SPM fundamentals and Implementation. But now i want to have someone who is interested in learning SPM module in servicenow.
The Open Loop learning (learning alone with reviewing or feedback on our work) is taking time on realizing what is important and what need to be implemented first.
Closed Loop learning will help to be precise and with feedbacks. and we can build our spm knowledge and concepts well.
Anyone is facing difficulty doing the same can ping me and we can discuss and start journey together.
