We have licence for incident management/ Service management tool of ServiceNow, if we want to expand the same instance to support agile management also.
Can we just install agile development plugin or should we have separate licence for it?

If you plan on using this in production, you may need a separate license.
In the Jakarta Licensing guide, Agile Development comes under ServiceNow IT Business Management license.
You need to check your licensing subscription application to see what is included, or contact your License Manager.

Aruna,
I have never seen Agile Development sold standalone, independent of IT Business Management (ITBM). You can verify with your Account/Sales Representative at ServiceNow, but the normal approach requires purchasing ITBM licenses, which are separate from your licenses for ITSM/incident management.
Users that perform both traditional ITIL fulfillment activities (incident, problem, change, etc.) AND do agile development (stories, enhancements, defects, etc.) would need a license for both. And within the ITBM licensing, there are 3 different tiers/prices of licenses (planner, manager, and worker). So if you pursue licensing, you will want to think about the level of access needed for your team members so that you acquire the appropriate license.
At least that is how I have seen it sold recently...but the best source of the current licensing approach will be your ServiceNow rep.
