Make a field mandatory only for a specific Group

I have a field which has a UI policy so it is only visible if a specific group has the Incident.

I need to make this mandatory only for this group and not for everyone. Is this possible? and if so any ideas how?

If i select it as mandatory it will become mandatory for everyone, which I do not want.

So the "App Serv Profile" is only made visible if UK Business Applications is selected. This is what needs to be madatoty.

Hi Riaz,

In the UI policy condition field you can define the condition as assignment group is "xyz".
